K1Games may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
K1Games takes the 18+ age restriction seriously. Any account found to have been created by a person under 18, or found to have allowed use by a minor, will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited on such an account will be returned to the original payment source after verification. Any winnings accumulated will be void and forfeited.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one K1Games account. Opening a second account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When creating your K1Games account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. If any of your information changes, you must update it promptly by contacting K1Games support at support@k1games.bet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your K1Games login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. K1Games will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your K1Games account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.
If you suspect that your K1Games account has been compromised, you must contact support@k1games.bet immediately. K1Games will take reasonable steps to secure your account, but cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
K1Games is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. K1Games may request this documentation at any time. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal processing may be suspended.
All transactions on K1Games are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied, and K1Games does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to the player on standard transactions.

The minimum deposit on K1Games is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player account tier. VIP K1Games players have access to higher limits, which are communicated through their dedicated account manager.
K1Games processes withdrawal requests as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval; IBFT bank transfers typically process same-day or by the following business morning; Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 1–3 business days. K1Games is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after K1Games has dispatched the funds.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for deposits on your K1Games account, or to a verified account in your name. K1Games reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity patterns are detected.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are cleared will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount, with only the original deposit returned.
All sports bets placed on K1Games are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. General betting rules include:
If a cricket or football match on K1Games is abandoned or postponed before the required duration of play has occurred, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. K1Games offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players. By claiming any K1Games bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
The K1Games welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through a duplicate account — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
All casino games available on K1Games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Aviator, fishing games, and slots — use certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated in regulated environments.
K1Games casino games are subject to published house edge and return-to-player (RTP) figures that are independently verified. These figures represent statistical averages over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual player result. K1Games is not responsible for variance in individual outcomes.
Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or interruptions during a casino game session may result in the affected round being voided. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's K1Games wallet. K1Games cannot be held liable for losses resulting from third-party network issues beyond its control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on K1Games and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
K1Games monitors betting patterns, account activity, and financial transactions for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where evidence is found, K1Games reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all bonuses, suspend the account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
K1Games reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your K1Games account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@k1games.bet. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited on account closure.
K1Games collects and processes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a K1Games account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of K1Games after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
